Sweet Traditional Mead
This semi-sweet wine was inspired by Steve’s grandmother, Anna Rose, who was instrumental in his upbringing. She was always the rock that held his family together. As a child, one of their favorite activities was getting ice cream. She often ordered butter pecan which became the inspiration for this flavored wine. In memory of her, he created a wine perfect for celebrating the sweetest moments in life. Serve chilled or warmed!

In his post-retirement bourbon discovery journey, Steve came upon Barrel House Select and it quickly became a favorite. Our Barrel House Mead is a traditional mead aged in freshly dumped Barrel House Select Bourbon barrels sourced directly from Barrel House Distilling Company in Lexington and then finished with just a hint more pure honey for the perfect pairing of honey and bourbon flavors. One our favorites, this semi-sweet treat will surely become one of yours as well!
